Nice Food

It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Murree, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Murree Hotel One, Mall Road, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, Thanks Team Guestkor for a memorable experience., The employees were very friendly and efficient, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Murree ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children.

Good Experience

This was my first time at the Hotel One, Mall Road, I will try to stay there from now on, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Murree, we stayed in Feb 2022, Hotel One, Mall Road is extremely close to many restaurants, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious.

The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Murree. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Murree.

Hotel One, Mall Road good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, service is also good with friendly staff, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience.

The panoramic view of the Murree , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Murree unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, This is a beautiful Hotel One, Mall Road situated at Murree, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, This was my first time at the Hotel One, Mall Road, I will try to stay there from now on.

The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, We have stayed at this fantastic Hotel One, Mall Road many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, Very clean and beautiful hotel, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, You should only stay with Hotel One, Mall Road because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious.
