It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Hotel One, Mall Road Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, The hotel is in a good location, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, Everyone was so kind and helpful, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Location is perfect.

Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, was a nice place to take a break, I stayed at the Hotel One, Mall Road because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, This Hotel One, Mall Road hotel is best, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience.

You should only stay with Hotel One, Mall Road because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, This has to be the best stay for me in Murree, The rooms have a very high standard for this Murree. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Murree. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, My room was lovely and very spacious.

That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Hotel One, Mall Road, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Murree, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Murree. Excellent Staff at Hotel One, Mall Road

Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, In the Hotel One, Mall Road you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, The food is varied and excellent, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away.

I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Murree, The room was very clean and nice, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Murree Hotel One, Mall Road, Its a great way to spend some down time.
