It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Hotel One, Mall Road Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, The rooms have a very high standard for this Murree. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”.

Nice property

No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Hotel One, Mall Road Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, Hotel One, Mall Road is extremely close to many restaurants, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, Good experience at Hotel One, Mall Road. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Murree , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, We stayed at Hotel One, Mall Road, Rooms are clean.

The rooms are a decent size for business travel, thank you Hotel One, Mall Road and Guestkor for help, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Murree, Hotel One, Mall Road is extremely close to many restaurants, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul.

Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, No complaint at all! Wonderful Stay

Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, really appreciated, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, This was my first time at the Hotel One, Mall Road, I will try to stay there from now on.

This has to be the best stay for me in Murree, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Murree, we stayed in Jul 2021, All are very professional and well spoken staff, In the Hotel One, Mall Road you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Wonderful Experience!
