Beautiful, still needs some improvement

I look forward to returning to the Hotel One, Mall Road in Murree soon! inshallah, The rooms have a very high standard for this Murree. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, A fantastic place to stay, The hotel was extremely clean, Location is excellent, This Hotel One, Mall Road hotel is best, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience.

I look forward to returning to the Hotel One, Mall Road in Murree soon! inshallah, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Jun 2021, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Hotel One, Mall Road is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, The hotel was extremely clean, The panoramic view of the Murree , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Murree unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative.

As Expected

The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, The hosts are charming. Nice People

This has to be the best stay for me in Murree, Everyone was so kind and helpful, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service..

Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, Rooms are awsome, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there.

This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Murree, we stayed in May 2021, Just got back from three nights at the Hotel One, Mall Road my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, Looking for a reason to return to Murree so I can experience this hotel again, Location is perfect, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, really appreciated.

That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Hotel One, Mall Road, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Murree, Situated in the scenic splendour of Murree, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, Location is excellent, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, Good experience at Hotel One, Mall Road. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Murree , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, I have been coming here for the past three years and Hotel One, Mall Road never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds.
