Hotel One, Mall Road / luxury hotel

However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Rooms are awsome, Everyone was so kind and helpful, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Murree ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, Food too good.

For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Hotel One, Mall Road Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, My room was lovely and very spacious, Everyone was so kind and helpful, Hotel One, Mall Road is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, Location is perfect, I will definitely stay here again! in Hotel One, Mall Road inshallah, This was my first time at the Hotel One, Mall Road, I will try to stay there from now on.

Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, Everything about this Hotel One, Mall Road was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need.

Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, Breakfast was amazing!, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.

Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, I will definitely stay here again! in Hotel One, Mall Road inshallah, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Jan 2021, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, This was my first time at the Hotel One, Mall Road, I will try to stay there from now on.

The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Murree, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, The room was very clean and nice, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Easy check-in. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , A fantastic place to stay.
