Excellent Staff at Grey Villas

The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, A fantastic place to stay, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Food too good.

best place to visit

Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, Good experience at Grey Villas. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Murree , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, Just got back from three nights at the Grey Villas my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip.

Amazing experience

Breakfast was amazing!, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Everything about this Grey Villas was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, I have been coming here for the past three years and Grey Villas never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, We have stayed at this fantastic Grey Villas many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, Everyone was so kind and helpful.

Great customer service experience

Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, This was my first time at the Grey Villas, I will try to stay there from now on.

Amazing experience

Its a great way to spend some down time, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, I will definitely stay here again! in Grey Villas inshallah, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, Rooms are awsome, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, Grey Villas is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake.

This place is smiply awesome, This is a beautiful Grey Villas situated at Murree, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, Everything about this Grey Villas was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Dec 2021, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., the atmosphere of Grey Villas is so special that it really felt like home to me.
