Great customer service experience

This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, The hotel was extremely clean, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Junaid Palace Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, The room was very clean and nice, A fantastic place to stay, This was my first time at the Junaid Palace, I will try to stay there from now on.

However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , Everything about this Junaid Palace was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Bahrain, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous.

The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Junaid Palace Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, You will not want to go back from here, Had a great stay at this Junaid Palace and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there.

Good Hotel in Bahrain

I had a GREAT nights sleep, This is a perfect base to explore the area, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, We stayed at Junaid Palace, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The hotel was extremely clean, Good experience at Junaid Palace. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Bahrain , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort.

Tranquil Place!

Junaid Palace is extremely close to many restaurants, This was my first time at the Junaid Palace, I will try to stay there from now on, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, I have been coming here for the past three years and Junaid Palace never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, The best host we had in Bahrain, You should only stay with Junaid Palace because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , I had a GREAT nights sleep, Breakfast was amazing!.

They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, This hotel is best, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services.
