Great customer service experience

This is a beautiful Red Rock Hotel situated at Murree, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, Rooms are awsome, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, Its a great way to spend some down time, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal.

was a nice place to take a break, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, The hotel is in a good location, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Red Rock Hotel. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay.

We stayed here one night on our way back to Murree from visiting villages in Murree , Rooms are awsome, I stayed at the Red Rock Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, All are very professional and well spoken staff, Rooms are clean.

Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Murree. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, We have stayed at this fantastic Red Rock Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, I had a GREAT nights sleep, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, All of us had fresh salad for dinner.

Amazing location

The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, This is a perfect base to explore the area, If you are adventurous you get out of Murree quickly but why go to Murree like everyone else, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, We have been to Red Rock Hotel some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, Its a great way to spend some down time.

Great Food!

Breakfast was amazing!, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Murree, In the Red Rock Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, The room was very clean and nice, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, the atmosphere of Red Rock Hotel is so special that it really felt like home to me.
