The employees were very friendly and efficient, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Murree, Had a great stay at this Red Rock Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly.

Wonderful Experience!

Rooms are clean, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Red Rock Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, We stayed here one night on our way back to Murree from visiting villages in Murree , Situated in the scenic splendour of Murree, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Location is perfect.

Great place to stay!

It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, If you are adventurous you get out of Murree quickly but why go to Murree like everyone else, The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, I have been coming here for the past three years and Red Rock Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, Just got back from three nights at the Red Rock Hotel my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need.

The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, This is a beautiful Red Rock Hotel situated at Murree, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Breakfast was amazing!.

Nice Location & Staff

Very clean and beautiful hotel, You will not want to go back from here, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, The panoramic view of the Murree , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Murree unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Murree.

Thanks Team Guestkor for a memorable experience., It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, I stayed at the Red Rock Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place.
