Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., The rooms have a very high standard for this Murree. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, Breakfast was amazing!, Looking for a reason to return to Murree so I can experience this hotel again, Had a great stay at this Al-Qamar Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, The food is varied and excellent.

The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, Al-Qamar Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, We stayed at Al-Qamar Hotel, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, Al-Qamar Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake.

Great customer service experience

Rooms are awsome, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, Breakfast was amazing!, We stayed here one night on our way back to Murree from visiting villages in Murree , All are very professional and well spoken staff, Everything about this Al-Qamar Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, Good experience at Al-Qamar Hotel. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Murree , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience.

Food

All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, In the Al-Qamar Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out.
