Nice place to stay for family

a true sample of excellent hospitality!, I stayed at the Shawala Resort because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, This place is smiply awesome, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, Everything about this Shawala Resort was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, This Shawala Resort hotel is best, I will definitely stay here again! in Shawala Resort inshallah.

Wonderful, as always

I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, This Shawala Resort hotel is best.

Wonderful, as always

Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Murree, we stayed in Jan 2022, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, the atmosphere of Shawala Resort is so special that it really felt like home to me, Had a lovely first time in Shawala Resort, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Murree ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children.

Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, You will not want to go back from here, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Murree. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, I had a GREAT nights sleep, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Shawala Resort. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing.

Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Shawala Resort Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly.

Comfortable good food cosy hotel

The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Shawala Resort good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, You will not want to go back from here, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Murree.
