Good location for family

The best host we had in Murree, This was my first time at the Shawala Resort, I will try to stay there from now on, Everything about this Shawala Resort was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Food too good, I will definitely stay here again! in Shawala Resort inshallah, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Murree, we stayed in Aug 2021, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal.

Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, Good experience at Shawala Resort. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Murree , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, You should only stay with Shawala Resort because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , Shawala Resort is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, A fantastic place to stay, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away.

The best host in Murree

very good! Great breakfast and lunch, Food too good, The best host we had in Murree, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, A fantastic place to stay.

Excellent Service at Shawala Resort

They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, This has to be the best stay for me in Murree, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, We stayed here one night on our way back to Murree from visiting villages in Murree.

Affordable

The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , Breakfast was amazing!, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Situated in the scenic splendour of Murree, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, The hotel was extremely clean.

Breakfast was amazing!, Shawala Resort is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, We stayed here one night on our way back to Murree from visiting villages in Murree , I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, was a nice place to take a break.

The food is varied and excellent, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, The hotel was extremely clean, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, really appreciated, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Location is excellent, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service.
