Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, Had a great stay at this Metropole Guest House and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return.

Excellent Rooms at Metropole Guest House

Everyone was so kind and helpful, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, I stayed at the Metropole Guest House because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Everything about this Metropole Guest House was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment.

I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, The room was very clean and nice.

Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Murree, we stayed in Dec 2021, The hotel was extremely clean, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, really appreciated, I had a GREAT nights sleep.

Food

Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Murree, Good experience at Metropole Guest House. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Murree , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, The room was more clean and well appointed, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable.

Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, the atmosphere of Metropole Guest House is so special that it really felt like home to me.

A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Oct 2021, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Murree, The panoramic view of the Murree , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Murree unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, Location is perfect, Had a lovely first time in Metropole Guest House, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Metropole Guest House Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, a true sample of excellent hospitality!.
