Amazing staff

The best host we had in Murree, Rooms are awsome, Good experience at Mall View Hotel. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Murree , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, The rooms have a very high standard for this Murree. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Murree. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling.

Affordable

From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Everything about this Mall View Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, really appreciated, service is also good with friendly staff, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them.

Nice Staff

Location is excellent, The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Mall View Hotel Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, We had a GREAT nights sleep, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, The rooms have a very high standard for this Murree. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room.

It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Mall View Hotel. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, We had a GREAT nights sleep, This has to be the best stay for me in Murree, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Murree, we stayed in Aug 2022, In the Mall View Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service.

This is a beautiful Mall View Hotel situated at Murree, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, Had a great stay at this Mall View Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, was a nice place to take a break, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Good experience at Mall View Hotel. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Murree , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, the atmosphere of Mall View Hotel is so special that it really felt like home to me, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Everyone was so kind and helpful.

Amazing experience

Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Murree, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms.
