Amazing staff

This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Looking for a reason to return to Murree so I can experience this hotel again, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Murree, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Murree, we stayed in Jan 2021, This was my first time at the Mall View Hotel, I will try to stay there from now on, Its a great way to spend some down time.

Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Murree, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., Food too good.

Hospitality at its best!

The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, You will not want to go back from here, The best host we had in Murree, Mall View Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, If you are adventurous you get out of Murree quickly but why go to Murree like everyone else, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, In the Mall View Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service.

Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Murree , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains..

Zarbardast Stay

The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, The rooms have a very high standard for this Murree. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Murree ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Mall View Hotel. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing.

Affordable and Great

Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, The hotel was extremely clean, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Dec 2020, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Everyone was so kind and helpful.

The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, Just got back from three nights at the Mall View Hotel my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, Food too good, Everything about this Mall View Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, If you are adventurous you get out of Murree quickly but why go to Murree like everyone else, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, The employees were very friendly and efficient.
