Wonderful, warm and friendly

Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, You will not want to go back from here, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, All are very professional and well spoken staff, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, The best host we had in Murree, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards.

The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Murree, we stayed in Feb 2022, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Murree, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, very good! Great breakfast and lunch.

Wonderful Murree

really appreciated, Food too good, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, Situated in the scenic splendour of Murree, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, The hotel was extremely clean, Pine Hills Guest House is extremely close to many restaurants, Location is excellent.

Nice Location & Staff

This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, Pine Hills Guest House is extremely close to many restaurants, We have stayed at this fantastic Pine Hills Guest House many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Murree, thank you Pine Hills Guest House and Guestkor for help, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!.

Food

aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Murree, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!.

Excellent Services

It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., This place is smiply awesome, The room was very clean and nice, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, Pine Hills Guest House is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake.

Relaxed stay

I stayed at the Pine Hills Guest House because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, was a nice place to take a break, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, really appreciated, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, If you are adventurous you get out of Murree quickly but why go to Murree like everyone else.
