Great customer service experience

Hotel Al-Subtaini is extremely close to many restaurants, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, Rooms are clean, I have been coming here for the past three years and Hotel Al-Subtaini never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Murree, Just got back from three nights at the Hotel Al-Subtaini my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need.

Clean rooms

The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, We have been to Hotel Al-Subtaini some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, This was my first time at the Hotel Al-Subtaini, I will try to stay there from now on, was a nice place to take a break, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Hotel Al-Subtaini, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Murree, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, very good! Had a great stay at this Hotel Al-Subtaini and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, The hotel was extremely clean, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, Rooms are awsome, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Murree. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling.

Wonderful place, excellent service and amazing views!

This was my first time at the Hotel Al-Subtaini, I will try to stay there from now on, The hotel was extremely clean, My room was lovely and very spacious, Rooms are clean, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, Had a great stay at this Hotel Al-Subtaini and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Rooms are awsome, Situated in the scenic splendour of Murree, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance.

Wonderful, warm and friendly

You will not want to go back from here, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Amazing weather

The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Hotel Al-Subtaini good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, You will not want to go back from here, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Hotel Al-Subtaini Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, The food was very tasty and beautifully presented.

The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, Good experience at Hotel Al-Subtaini. Staff is also very polite and food is good.
