Nice People

I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, If you are adventurous you get out of Murree quickly but why go to Murree like everyone else, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Murree, we stayed in Sep 2020, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner.

Wonderful place, excellent service and amazing views!

The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, Its a great way to spend some down time, A fantastic place to stay, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers.

Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Murree, Everyone was so kind and helpful, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Murree Hotel Al-Subtaini, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards.

Good location for family

All are very professional and well spoken staff, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, The hotel was extremely clean, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, We stayed at Hotel Al-Subtaini, The hotel is in a good location.

Zarbardast Stay

The room was very clean and nice, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Murree, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, My room was lovely and very spacious, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Hotel Al-Subtaini Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place.

We stayed at Hotel Al-Subtaini, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, Everyone was so kind and helpful.

Everyone was so kind and helpful, Hotel Al-Subtaini good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Had a lovely first time in Hotel Al-Subtaini, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience.
