incredible staff

I had a GREAT nights sleep, Hotel New Moon Light is extremely close to many restaurants, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Murree. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, Hotel New Moon Light is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake.

Clean and cozy in Murree

It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, I had a GREAT nights sleep, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, Everyone was so kind and helpful, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them.

My room was always clean and all questions were answered, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, Rooms are awsome, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, I stayed at the Hotel New Moon Light because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night.

Great customer service experience

Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Murree ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Hotel New Moon Light. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, Had a great stay at this Hotel New Moon Light and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Hotel New Moon Light good location.it was such a nice experience. Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, This was my first time at the Hotel New Moon Light, I will try to stay there from now on, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too.
