Great for Winter

Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Food too good, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip.

Great Location

Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, I look forward to returning to the Ballagio Hotel in Murree soon! inshallah, We have been to Ballagio Hotel some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, Its a great way to spend some down time, Just got back from three nights at the Ballagio Hotel my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Murree, we stayed in Jul 2020, The hotel was extremely clean.

Great for Spring

Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Had a lovely first time in Ballagio Hotel, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , The hotel is in a good location, My room was lovely and very spacious, thank you Ballagio Hotel and Guestkor for help, We stayed at Ballagio Hotel.

I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, service is also good with friendly staff, This place is smiply awesome, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous.

I have been coming here for the past three years and Ballagio Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul.

Great for Summer

The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Murree. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Murree, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, Breakfast was amazing!, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges.

Nice place to stay for family

was a nice place to take a break, The best host we had in Murree, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, We have been to Ballagio Hotel some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, A fantastic place to stay, Ballagio Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake.
