The employees were very friendly and efficient, We have stayed at this fantastic Moon Palace Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, I have been coming here for the past three years and Moon Palace Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, The rooms have a very high standard for this Fizaghat. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, The hotel was extremely clean, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Fizaghat, we stayed in Jan 2022, Had a lovely first time in Moon Palace Hotel, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth.

Nice location of Moon Palace Hotel

From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Rooms are awsome, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, We stayed at Moon Palace Hotel, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms.

Amazing location

The best host we had in Fizaghat, Moon Palace Hotel is extremely close to many restaurants, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, really appreciated, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, very good! Great breakfast and lunch.

Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Had a great stay at this Moon Palace Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, The hotel was extremely clean, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Fizaghat, I stayed at the Moon Palace Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, service is also good with friendly staff, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Fizaghat.

Wonderful place, excellent service and amazing views!

Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Fizaghat Moon Palace Hotel, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, Everything about this Moon Palace Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Moon Palace Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality.

Everyone was so kind and helpful, was a nice place to take a break, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, Situated in the scenic splendour of Fizaghat, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, The panoramic view of the Fizaghat , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Fizaghat unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, This has to be the best stay for me in Fizaghat, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly.

I will definitely stay here again! in Moon Palace Hotel inshallah, was a nice place to take a break, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Just got back from three nights at the Moon Palace Hotel my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Fizaghat. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, This has to be the best stay for me in Fizaghat.
