Excellent Service at Moon Palace Hotel

The room was very clean and nice, Its a great way to spend some down time, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Fizaghat, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”.

Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Moon Palace Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, My room was lovely and very spacious, The employees were very friendly and efficient, Moon Palace Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake.

Enjoyed alot

Rooms are awsome, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Moon Palace Hotel, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Fizaghat, The rooms have a very high standard for this Fizaghat. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous.

The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Fizaghat, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Rooms are clean, The panoramic view of the Fizaghat , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Fizaghat unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, Good experience at Moon Palace Hotel. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Fizaghat , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort.

Tranquil Place!

It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Moon Palace Hotel Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Had a great stay at this Moon Palace Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts.

All of us had fresh salad for dinner, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Fizaghat, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Fizaghat, Everyone was so kind and helpful, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, This is a perfect base to explore the area, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards.
