Excellent and supportive staff

Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent.

Excellent Staff at Desired Hotel

It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Desired Hotel. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, I have been coming here for the past three years and Desired Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Kalam.

Amazing

a true sample of excellent hospitality!, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Kalam, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Desired Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, thank you Desired Hotel and Guestkor for help, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous.

Breakfast was amazing!, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Kalam Desired Hotel, This is a beautiful Desired Hotel situated at Kalam, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Rooms are clean, the atmosphere of Desired Hotel is so special that it really felt like home to me.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Jul 2021, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Kalam, If you are adventurous you get out of Kalam quickly but why go to Kalam like everyone else, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Kalam Desired Hotel.

This is a beautiful Desired Hotel situated at Kalam, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, I had a GREAT nights sleep, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Kalam, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, the atmosphere of Desired Hotel is so special that it really felt like home to me, This is a perfect base to explore the area, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner.

Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The food is varied and excellent, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel.
