Great customer service experience

The hotel was extremely clean, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, service is also good with friendly staff, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner.

Beautiful, still needs some improvement

The hotel was extremely clean, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, Just got back from three nights at the Hotel Diamond Hills my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Hotel Diamond Hills. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, This is a beautiful Hotel Diamond Hills situated at Kalam, surrounded by nature and lush greenery.

Hotel Diamond Hills family hotel

The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, thank you Hotel Diamond Hills and Guestkor for help, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, The rooms are a decent size for business travel.

Nice place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, The employees were very friendly and efficient, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Kalam, we stayed in Feb 2022, We stayed here one night on our way back to Kalam from visiting villages in Kalam , The food is varied and excellent.

Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. Clean and cozy

The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, This was my first time at the Hotel Diamond Hills, I will try to stay there from now on, The hotel was extremely clean, We stayed at Hotel Diamond Hills, I have been coming here for the past three years and Hotel Diamond Hills never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, Rooms are awsome, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, The food is varied and excellent.

The employees were very friendly and efficient, This is a beautiful Hotel Diamond Hills situated at Kalam, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Kalam, You will not want to go back from here, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, In the Hotel Diamond Hills you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, Hotel Diamond Hills is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake.
