Wonderful place, excellent service and amazing views!

Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Saidu Sharif, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Feb 2020, The hotel is in a good location, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, The employees were very friendly and efficient, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon.

Nice Hotel

The employees were very friendly and efficient, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, Good experience at Swat Serena Hotel. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Saidu Sharif , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, The room was very clean and nice.

Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, The hotel was extremely clean, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, You should only stay with Swat Serena Hotel because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, The hotel was extremely clean, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding.

Very clean and beautiful hotel, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, In the Swat Serena Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, service is also good with friendly staff, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Saidu Sharif, The panoramic view of the Saidu Sharif , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Saidu Sharif unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!.

thank you Swat Serena Hotel and Guestkor for help, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, The hotel was extremely clean, All are very professional and well spoken staff, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, We stayed here one night on our way back to Saidu Sharif from visiting villages in Saidu Sharif , Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Saidu Sharif ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service..

However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, You will not want to go back from here, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, The food prepared for our convention was very good.
