Excellent Service at Swat Serena Hotel

The panoramic view of the Saidu Sharif , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Saidu Sharif unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, Rooms are awsome, I had a GREAT nights sleep, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place.

The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, Food too good, Looking for a reason to return to Saidu Sharif so I can experience this hotel again, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, really appreciated, The employees were very friendly and efficient, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, Swat Serena Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake.

It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Swat Serena Hotel. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, The employees were very friendly and efficient, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, In the Swat Serena Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, We stayed here one night on our way back to Saidu Sharif from visiting villages in Saidu Sharif , This is a beautiful Swat Serena Hotel situated at Saidu Sharif, surrounded by nature and lush greenery.

For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Swat Serena Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, Rooms are awsome, service is also good with friendly staff, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, We have stayed at this fantastic Swat Serena Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Saidu Sharif, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!.

Very clean and beautiful hotel, The best host we had in Saidu Sharif, The room was very clean and nice, really appreciated, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Looking for a reason to return to Saidu Sharif so I can experience this hotel again, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!.

Great location

The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, The hotel was extremely clean, Breakfast was amazing!, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, I stayed at the Swat Serena Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also.

The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Thanks Team Guestkor for a memorable experience., It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, We have been to Swat Serena Hotel some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, Everyone was so kind and helpful.
