Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, In the Swat Serena Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Saidu Sharif ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, This place is smiply awesome, Swat Serena Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again.

Beautiful, still needs some improvement

It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Swat Serena Hotel Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, The hotel was extremely clean, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Had a lovely first time in Swat Serena Hotel, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth.

The Perfect Weekend Getaway!

I look forward to returning to the Swat Serena Hotel in Saidu Sharif soon! inshallah, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, Everything about this Swat Serena Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, We have stayed at this fantastic Swat Serena Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, thank you Swat Serena Hotel and Guestkor for help.

Natural Beauty

Location is excellent, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, service is also good with friendly staff, Its a great way to spend some down time, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, My room was lovely and very spacious, Swat Serena Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality.

Wonderful Stay

The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, The employees were very friendly and efficient, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, The panoramic view of the Saidu Sharif , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Saidu Sharif unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent.

Relaxation

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, thank you Swat Serena Hotel and Guestkor for help, service is also good with friendly staff, This hotel is best, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Swat Serena Hotel. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing.

Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, Everyone was so kind and helpful, Rooms are awsome, Swat Serena Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days.
