The best host in Saidu Sharif

Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , Had a great stay at this Swat Serena Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Good experience at Swat Serena Hotel. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Saidu Sharif , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Saidu Sharif ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, Wonderful Location. Excellent Stay at Swat Serena Hotel

It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, Breakfast was amazing!, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Saidu Sharif.

Great for Winter

Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Saidu Sharif, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Swat Serena Hotel Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place.

The most relaxing hotel with beautiful views and people

A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., We stayed here one night on our way back to Saidu Sharif from visiting villages in Saidu Sharif , You will not want to go back from here, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., Very clean and beautiful hotel, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, Looking for a reason to return to Saidu Sharif so I can experience this hotel again.

A wonderful family outing

The employees were very friendly and efficient, Its a great way to spend some down time, This was my first time at the Swat Serena Hotel, I will try to stay there from now on, Swat Serena Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Saidu Sharif. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, The hotel is in a good location, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out.

This was my first time at the Swat Serena Hotel, I will try to stay there from now on, I look forward to returning to the Swat Serena Hotel in Saidu Sharif soon! inshallah, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, The hotel was extremely clean, Had a great stay at this Swat Serena Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, I have been coming here for the past three years and Swat Serena Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers.

Wonderful, warm and friendly

From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Everyone was so kind and helpful, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Feb 2020, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Saidu Sharif, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Saidu Sharif, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Saidu Sharif, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts.
