Its a great way to spend some down time, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent.

Zarbardast Stay

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Jul 2020, thank you Swat Serena Hotel and Guestkor for help, was a nice place to take a break, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Swat Serena Hotel Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, I have been coming here for the past three years and Swat Serena Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave.

Great for Snow

Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, This hotel is best, Had a lovely first time in Swat Serena Hotel, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent.

Wonderful Food

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., thank you Swat Serena Hotel and Guestkor for help, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Swat Serena Hotel Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, Had a great stay at this Swat Serena Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, service is also good with friendly staff, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Swat Serena Hotel. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, We stayed at Swat Serena Hotel, We have stayed at this fantastic Swat Serena Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains.

Excellent Rooms at Swat Serena Hotel

Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Had a lovely first time in Swat Serena Hotel, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , The hotel was extremely clean, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, I stayed at the Swat Serena Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also.

Excellent People

Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Saidu Sharif, This is a beautiful Swat Serena Hotel situated at Saidu Sharif, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, All are very professional and well spoken staff, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Saidu Sharif ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!.
