Beautiful, still needs some improvement

Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, really appreciated, The best host we had in Kalam, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms.

Excellent Food at Hotel Summer Queen Resort

Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Kalam, Good experience at Hotel Summer Queen Resort. Staff is also very polite and food is good. aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Kalam, The hotel was extremely clean, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Kalam, You should only stay with Hotel Summer Queen Resort because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon.

Enjoyed alot

It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, Had a lovely first time in Hotel Summer Queen Resort, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, Location is excellent, Everything about this Hotel Summer Queen Resort was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!.

Amazing weather

The panoramic view of the Kalam , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Kalam unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Kalam, Breakfast was amazing!, I have been coming here for the past three years and Hotel Summer Queen Resort never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, We have been to Hotel Summer Queen Resort some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, The room was more clean and well appointed, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service.
