The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Kalam, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Kalam, the atmosphere of Hotel Summer Queen Resort is so special that it really felt like home to me, I have been coming here for the past three years and Hotel Summer Queen Resort never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”.

Beautiful, still needs some improvement

The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, You will not want to go back from here, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, I stayed at the Hotel Summer Queen Resort because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, Food too good, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms.

Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, Good experience at Hotel Summer Queen Resort. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Kalam , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Kalam, we stayed in May 2021, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Wonderful Location. Great food. Nice Hotel in Kalam

Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, You should only stay with Hotel Summer Queen Resort because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., Had a lovely first time in Hotel Summer Queen Resort, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained.

Excellent Rooms at Hotel Summer Queen Resort

The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, Rooms are awsome, The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, Breakfast was amazing!, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Hotel Summer Queen Resort Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms.

Nice Staff as always

All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, was a nice place to take a break, We have stayed at this fantastic Hotel Summer Queen Resort many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, This was my first time at the Hotel Summer Queen Resort, I will try to stay there from now on, Hotel Summer Queen Resort good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, We stayed here one night on our way back to Kalam from visiting villages in Kalam , In the Hotel Summer Queen Resort you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service.
