Great customer service experience

This place is smiply awesome, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Feb 2020, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, Looking for a reason to return to Marghazar so I can experience this hotel again, service is also good with friendly staff, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Marghazar, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Hotel White Palace. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Marghazar Hotel White Palace.

Amazing weather

This hotel is best, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Marghazar, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, You will not want to go back from here, Hotel White Palace is extremely close to many restaurants, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly.

Good Hotel in Marghazar

Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Hotel White Palace Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, Good experience at Hotel White Palace. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Marghazar , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, The employees were very friendly and efficient, thank you Hotel White Palace and Guestkor for help.

Excellent Service at Hotel White Palace

Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, Rooms are awsome, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Hotel White Palace Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, If you are adventurous you get out of Marghazar quickly but why go to Marghazar like everyone else, Breakfast was amazing!, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location.

Wonderful place, excellent service and amazing views!

We stayed at Hotel White Palace, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Marghazar, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, I have been coming here for the past three years and Hotel White Palace never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things.

Excellent Rooms at Hotel White Palace

Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, I stayed at the Hotel White Palace because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Hotel White Palace Second, the view is really nice both in the morning.
