This world 2nd Largest Buddha lies in Jehanabad Manglawar village. It’s South Asia largest Buddha Encavered in Stone. Manglawar is about 9 Kilometres from Mingora City of Swat. It’s South Asia lavish Statue of Buddha and World 2nd Largest after Bamiyan.

Thus Buddha is 6 to 7 Meeter encavered in stone . In 2007 when swat was not in control of Pakistani government , Some part of its face was damaged at that time by unknown Militants. In 2009 When Pakistani government re- establish its control in swat , The Italian archaeologists restored its damaged part of face.
