Clear why ranked so high

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, Location is excellent, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Swat Hills & Restaurant Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.

Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, I had a GREAT nights sleep, service is also good with friendly staff, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, Rooms are clean, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts.

Wonderful Swat Hills & Restaurant

It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Swat Hills & Restaurant Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Swat Hills & Restaurant, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Fizaghat, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, Had a great stay at this Swat Hills & Restaurant and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly.

The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, We had a GREAT nights sleep, We stayed here one night on our way back to Fizaghat from visiting villages in Fizaghat , No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, I will definitely stay here again! in Swat Hills & Restaurant inshallah, the atmosphere of Swat Hills & Restaurant is so special that it really felt like home to me, Just got back from three nights at the Swat Hills & Restaurant my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need.

Nice property

In the Swat Hills & Restaurant you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, You will not want to go back from here, The food is varied and excellent, Very clean and beautiful hotel, We have been to Swat Hills & Restaurant some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, The hotel was extremely clean, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, was a nice place to take a break, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Oct 2022, I will definitely stay here again! in Swat Hills & Restaurant inshallah, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, The rooms are a decent size for business travel.

Comfortable stay

Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Fizaghat, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Rooms are awsome, This was my first time at the Swat Hills & Restaurant, I will try to stay there from now on, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious.
