The rooms have a very high standard for this Muzaffarabad. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, All are very professional and well spoken staff, Had a great stay at this Kashmir Cottage and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The room was more clean and well appointed, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things.
