Nice Staff

I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, This was my first time at the Kashmir Cottage, I will try to stay there from now on, was a nice place to take a break, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, If you are adventurous you get out of Muzaffarabad quickly but why go to Muzaffarabad like everyone else, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly.

Amazing weather

My room was always clean and all questions were answered, This place is smiply awesome, was a nice place to take a break, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Dec 2022.

Just got back from three nights at the Kashmir Cottage my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, Rooms are awsome, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, You will not want to go back from here, Situated in the scenic splendour of Muzaffarabad, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, We stayed here one night on our way back to Muzaffarabad from visiting villages in Muzaffarabad.

Kashmir Cottage best for Group

Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, I have been coming here for the past three years and Kashmir Cottage never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Good Experience

All are very professional and well spoken staff, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Kashmir Cottage, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Muzaffarabad, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, You should only stay with Kashmir Cottage because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Muzaffarabad ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, We stayed at Kashmir Cottage.

No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Good experience at Kashmir Cottage. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Muzaffarabad , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, Location is excellent, The hotel was extremely clean, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, service is also good with friendly staff.
