Beautiful, still needs some improvement

This is a perfect base to explore the area, The hotel is in a good location, This place is smiply awesome, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, If you are adventurous you get out of Muzaffarabad quickly but why go to Muzaffarabad like everyone else, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, The room was very clean and nice, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”.

The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Umer Hotel and Restaurant, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Muzaffarabad, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave.

I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Muzaffarabad, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, Umer Hotel and Restaurant is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, The panoramic view of the Muzaffarabad , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Muzaffarabad unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome.

A True Heavenly Place!!!

Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, Everyone was so kind and helpful, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Umer Hotel and Restaurant Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. A fantastic place to stay, The room was more clean and well appointed, I stayed at the Umer Hotel and Restaurant because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, The food is varied and excellent, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, The hotel is in a good location, Just got back from three nights at the Umer Hotel and Restaurant my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need.
