After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, The hotel was extremely clean, The hotel is in a good location, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Muzaffarabad.

The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, The room was more clean and well appointed, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, Breakfast was amazing!, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Muzaffarabad Umer Hotel and Restaurant, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Muzaffarabad.

was a nice place to take a break, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Muzaffarabad, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!.

Thank you!, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Umer Hotel and Restaurant good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., The panoramic view of the Muzaffarabad , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Muzaffarabad unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent.

They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Umer Hotel and Restaurant, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Muzaffarabad, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, In the Umer Hotel and Restaurant you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Nov 2022.

Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Muzaffarabad, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, I have been coming here for the past three years and Umer Hotel and Restaurant never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, I stayed at the Umer Hotel and Restaurant because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also.
