Amazing staff

The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Muzaffarabad, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, I stayed at the Umer Hotel and Restaurant because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Location is excellent, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, The room was very clean and nice.

Wonderful, warm and friendly

The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Muzaffarabad. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, This place is smiply awesome, Just got back from three nights at the Umer Hotel and Restaurant my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer.

Comfortable rooms, The panoramic view of the Muzaffarabad , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Muzaffarabad unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, We stayed here one night on our way back to Muzaffarabad from visiting villages in Muzaffarabad , Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., The employees were very friendly and efficient.

Beautiful, still needs some improvement

From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain.
