Excellent Staff at Umer Hotel and Restaurant

Location is excellent, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, In the Umer Hotel and Restaurant you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, Had a great stay at this Umer Hotel and Restaurant and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, The room was very clean and nice.

Nice property

A fantastic place to stay, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in May 2020, Looking for a reason to return to Muzaffarabad so I can experience this hotel again.

Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Muzaffarabad. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. The Perfect Weekend Getaway!

Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, You should only stay with Umer Hotel and Restaurant because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Muzaffarabad, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks.

The food is varied and excellent, The employees were very friendly and efficient, Very clean and beautiful hotel, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, This place is smiply awesome, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome.
