Great

The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Muzaffarabad, Umer Hotel and Restaurant good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, This was my first time at the Umer Hotel and Restaurant, I will try to stay there from now on, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Muzaffarabad, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, The room was more clean and well appointed.

A wonderful family outing

Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, Umer Hotel and Restaurant good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Muzaffarabad, the atmosphere of Umer Hotel and Restaurant is so special that it really felt like home to me, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, All are very professional and well spoken staff.

Great location

Very clean and beautiful hotel, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, This has to be the best stay for me in Muzaffarabad, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, Its a great way to spend some down time.

As Expected

Had a lovely first time in Umer Hotel and Restaurant, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, All are very professional and well spoken staff, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Umer Hotel and Restaurant Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful, still needs some improvement

Very clean and beautiful hotel, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, You should only stay with Umer Hotel and Restaurant because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again.

thank you Umer Hotel and Restaurant and Guestkor for help, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, I stayed at the Umer Hotel and Restaurant because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, Rooms are awsome.
