Clean and cozy in Muzaffarabad

Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Muzaffarabad, The panoramic view of the Muzaffarabad , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Muzaffarabad unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, Had a lovely first time in Poonch Guest house, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place.

Great for Spring

However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Looking for a reason to return to Muzaffarabad so I can experience this hotel again, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, Poonch Guest house is extremely close to many restaurants, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location.

Excellent People

It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Muzaffarabad, The hotel was extremely clean, My room was lovely and very spacious, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, This hotel is best, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Muzaffarabad, we stayed in May 2020, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in May 2020.

The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, Looking for a reason to return to Muzaffarabad so I can experience this hotel again, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Poonch Guest house. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, The room was more clean and well appointed.

The Perfect Weekend Getaway!

From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, Just got back from three nights at the Poonch Guest house my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, The hotel is in a good location, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner.

Thank you!, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, The best host we had in Muzaffarabad, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Poonch Guest house, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Muzaffarabad, really appreciated, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site.
