The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, The hotel was extremely clean, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Poonch Guest house, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Muzaffarabad, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Poonch Guest house Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again.

incredible hotel

The rooms are a decent size for business travel, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, the atmosphere of Poonch Guest house is so special that it really felt like home to me, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, You will not want to go back from here, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly.

Tranquil Place!

The food is varied and excellent, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Muzaffarabad ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, really appreciated, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, The rooms have a very high standard for this Muzaffarabad. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, The room was more clean and well appointed, This is a perfect base to explore the area, Everything about this Poonch Guest house was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!.

I was very happy with my stay!

No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, This Poonch Guest house hotel is best, The room was more clean and well appointed, My room was lovely and very spacious, Very clean and beautiful hotel, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, A fantastic place to stay.

Excellent Services

From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, Just got back from three nights at the Poonch Guest house my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, We have been to Poonch Guest house some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Breakfast was amazing!.

The best host in Muzaffarabad

The rooms have a very high standard for this Muzaffarabad. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Great stay!

I will definitely stay here again! in Poonch Guest house inshallah, Had a great stay at this Poonch Guest house and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, We had a GREAT nights sleep, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative.
