Simple, clean hotel

Situated in the scenic splendour of Muzaffarabad, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Poonch Guest house, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Muzaffarabad, The hotel was extremely clean, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, This is a beautiful Poonch Guest house situated at Muzaffarabad, surrounded by nature and lush greenery.

Great for Snow

Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Muzaffarabad, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, service is also good with friendly staff, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping.

Best Hotel Poonch Guest house

The room was very clean and nice, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Jul 2022, Had a great stay at this Poonch Guest house and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Looking for a reason to return to Muzaffarabad so I can experience this hotel again, If you are adventurous you get out of Muzaffarabad quickly but why go to Muzaffarabad like everyone else, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, was a nice place to take a break.

Comfortable stay

The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Poonch Guest house Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, The panoramic view of the Muzaffarabad , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Muzaffarabad unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, The employees were very friendly and efficient, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again.

Wonderful Muzaffarabad

A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Jul 2022, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, This Poonch Guest house hotel is best, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Poonch Guest house Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, My room was lovely and very spacious, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Poonch Guest house. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, Poonch Guest house is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake.

Great Location

Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, We stayed here one night on our way back to Muzaffarabad from visiting villages in Muzaffarabad , The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service..

Amazing experience

Really nice hotel at a convenient location Muzaffarabad. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., This place is smiply awesome, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Poonch Guest house is extremely close to many restaurants, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!.
