This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, This is a perfect base to explore the area, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, I have been coming here for the past three years and Poonch Guest house never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, We had a GREAT nights sleep.

Wonderful place, excellent service and amazing views!

I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Everyone was so kind and helpful, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Just got back from three nights at the Poonch Guest house my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, You should only stay with Poonch Guest house because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Poonch Guest house. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts.

My room was always clean and all questions were answered, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Just got back from three nights at the Poonch Guest house my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Its just amazing here, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, This has to be the best stay for me in Muzaffarabad, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, We stayed here one night on our way back to Muzaffarabad from visiting villages in Muzaffarabad , A fantastic place to stay, Its a great way to spend some down time, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, service is also good with friendly staff.

Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, You should only stay with Poonch Guest house because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , Enjoyed the natural beauty at Muzaffarabad Poonch Guest house, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Poonch Guest house, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Muzaffarabad, Had a lovely first time in Poonch Guest house, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth.

Enjoyed the natural beauty at Muzaffarabad Poonch Guest house, The hotel is in a good location, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Muzaffarabad, All are very professional and well spoken staff, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, The food prepared for our convention was very good.
