Excellent Food at Poonch Guest house

The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., The room was very clean and nice, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Poonch Guest house Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return.

Great Stay and Memorable one

The rooms have a very high standard for this Muzaffarabad. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, This was my first time at the Poonch Guest house, I will try to stay there from now on, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Muzaffarabad. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms.

Wonderful, warm and friendly

Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Muzaffarabad, My room was lovely and very spacious, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, We stayed here one night on our way back to Muzaffarabad from visiting villages in Muzaffarabad.

Food too good, My room was lovely and very spacious, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Muzaffarabad, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, Had a great stay at this Poonch Guest house and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip.

Amazing experience

Looking for a reason to return to Muzaffarabad so I can experience this hotel again, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, The hotel is in a good location, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, Rooms are awsome, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, very good! Great breakfast and lunch.

Wonderful Stay

Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, really appreciated, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Muzaffarabad, The room was more clean and well appointed, My room was lovely and very spacious.
