Relaxed

It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Poonch Guest house Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, Thanks Team Guestkor for a memorable experience., Everyone was so kind and helpful, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, I had a GREAT nights sleep.

Hospitality at its best!

Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, You will not want to go back from here, The room was very clean and nice, The best host we had in Muzaffarabad, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Muzaffarabad, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor.

Everyone was so kind and helpful, The room was very clean and nice, Good experience at Poonch Guest house. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Muzaffarabad , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, Rooms are awsome.

Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, Food too good, Poonch Guest house is extremely close to many restaurants, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Muzaffarabad. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, This was my first time at the Poonch Guest house, I will try to stay there from now on.

Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Muzaffarabad ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Very clean and beautiful hotel, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms.

The Perfect Weekend Getaway!

Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Thanks Team Guestkor for a memorable experience., The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, You should only stay with Poonch Guest house because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food.
