Excellent People

It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, Poonch Guest house is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, We stayed here one night on our way back to Muzaffarabad from visiting villages in Muzaffarabad , This is a perfect base to explore the area, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Muzaffarabad Poonch Guest house, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night.

The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, We have been to Poonch Guest house some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, A fantastic place to stay, All are very professional and well spoken staff, I had a GREAT nights sleep, This place is smiply awesome.

The Perfect Weekend Getaway!

If you are adventurous you get out of Muzaffarabad quickly but why go to Muzaffarabad like everyone else, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Looking for a reason to return to Muzaffarabad so I can experience this hotel again, Poonch Guest house is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards.

I look forward to returning to the Poonch Guest house in Muzaffarabad soon! inshallah, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, I have been coming here for the past three years and Poonch Guest house never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, You should only stay with Poonch Guest house because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service.

The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, The hotel is in a good location, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, I stayed at the Poonch Guest house because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, I had a GREAT nights sleep, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Muzaffarabad.

They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, Breakfast was amazing!, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Muzaffarabad, In the Poonch Guest house you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, You should only stay with Poonch Guest house because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience.

Good location for family

The food is varied and excellent, The hotel is in a good location, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Poonch Guest house Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Jun 2020, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!.
