Poonch Guest house / mid range guest house

Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Muzaffarabad, The panoramic view of the Muzaffarabad , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Muzaffarabad unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, Had a lovely first time in Poonch Guest house, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place.

However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Looking for a reason to return to Muzaffarabad so I can experience this hotel again, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, Poonch Guest house is extremely close to many restaurants, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location.

It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Muzaffarabad, The hotel was extremely clean, My room was lovely and very spacious, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, The room was more clean and well appointed.

From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, The hosts are charming. Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, The hotel is in a good location, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner.

I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, You will not want to go back from here, The food prepared for our convention was very good.
