Wonderful Food

Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Al-Haram Residency. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, The room was more clean and well appointed, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away.

However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, This was my first time at the Al-Haram Residency, I will try to stay there from now on, Food too good, Just got back from three nights at the Al-Haram Residency my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, This place is smiply awesome, The best host we had in Neelum, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, The hotel is in a good location, You should only stay with Al-Haram Residency because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , The hotel was extremely clean, really appreciated, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave.

Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, I stayed at the Al-Haram Residency because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, Food too good, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Neelum, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Clean rooms, great food

Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, The food is varied and excellent, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, If you are adventurous you get out of Neelum quickly but why go to Neelum like everyone else, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Very clean and beautiful hotel, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul.

The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location.
